| IN COMMISSIONING ME YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: |

| 1. I do not accept any AI generated content as reference material, and I will not redraw AI generated images. |
| 2. I do not authorize any of my art, drafts, or source files to be used in AI training datasets, derivative AI generations or AI fine-tuning in perpetuity. I do not authorize any of my art to be use in NFT or crypto projects in perpetuity. |
| 3. I reserve the right to refuse a commission outright if I determine that I cannot complete it for any reason. |
| 4. NO REFUNDS after first sketch is sent to you for review. In the event of a personal emergency where I cannot complete the commission I will issue a full refund. |
| 5. Full payment required upfront before work starts. All payments are collected via Paypal. For invoices $100+ 50% payment upfront and 50% at completion is acceptable. If the client wishes to cancel the commission at any time during the project they are liable to pay 50% of the total project fee. |
| 6. Three rounds of revisions are included in every commission. Each additional revision will incur an extra charge of 25% of the the total project fee. |
| 7. All commissioned artwork is intended for personal use with credit to “chro_niko”. If intended for commercial usage that must be clearly stated at the beginning of the project and the price is doubled. Licensing for commercial uses can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. |
| 8. I own the copyright of artwork that I make, and client retains the copyright of their original character(s). I may display commissioned artwork in my portfolio. |
