✦ Full payment upfront before work starts. All payments are collected via Paypal. Once payment is confirmed, the commission will begin.
✦ NO REFUNDS after first sketch is sent to you for review. In the event of a personal emergency and I cannot complete the commission I will issue a full refund.
✦ I have the right to refuse a commission outright if I determine that I cannot complete it.
✦ Do not trace, recolor, or edit the finished artwork in any way.
✦ I do not authorize any of my artworks to be used in AI training data sets or crypto projects.
✦ All artworks are intended for PERSONAL USE only with credit to chro_niko. Personal use is defined as profile pictures, profile banners, discord/twitch emotes, react pngs, gifts
✦ For COMMERCIAL USE permissions the price is doubled, and can then be used on merchandise and redistributed on other paid media with credit to chro_niko. I still own the copyright of any artwork that may be commercially used, and you retain the copyright of your original character(s).
✦ In commissioning me you agree that I may include the artwork in my personal portfolio.
